Richmond Hill gave up the first runs on Wednesday, but they didn't let that get them down. They walked away with an 8-5 win over the St. Johns Country Day Spartans. Winning may never get old, but the Wildcats sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

Richmond Hill pushed their record up to 16-7 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.8 runs over those games. As for St. Johns Country Day, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 14-7.

Coming up, Richmond Hill will venture away from home to square off against Bishop Kenny at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Wildcats are facing the Crusaders at the right time seeing as the Crusaders are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for St. Johns Country Day, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Creekside at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
