Eagle Rock can bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They put the hurt on the Sotomayor Wolves with a sharp 11-1 victory. The Eagles' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Jaden Jimenez was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in April of 2024. Lucas Hubert was another key player, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 1-for-1.

Eagle Rock always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .600. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Eagle Rock's win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Sotomayor, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Eagle Rock and Sotomayor will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. Eagle Rock is set to challenge their familiar foe Marshall at 2:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Sotomayor will take on rival Maywood CES at 2:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
