For Fullington Academy's part, Brooklin Cromer made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over five innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off eight hits. Cromer has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.
