There's no place like home for Ridgeland, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Northwest Whitfield Bruins on Thursday as they made off with a 16-6 win. The contest marked the Panthers' most dominant victory of the season.

Kailynn Bailey was a standout: she went 4-for-5 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most runs she has posted since back in August. Maddi Champagne also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Ridgeland always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .564. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Ridgeland's record now sits at 8-11. As for Northwest Whitfield, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.
