Carter Hajek Turns in Season-Best Effort
Nemaha Central was led to victory by Carter Hajek, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Hajek's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his 11th straight game with at least 104 rushing yards dating back to last season. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.
Royal Valley's probably not too fond of Hajek given he always seems to get the better of them. When Hajek last faced the Panthers back in September of 2023, he rushed for 74 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, and also threw for 123 yards and two touchdowns.
