Marshall and Rosemead are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2019, but not for long. The Marshall Eagles will be playing at home against the Rosemead Panthers at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Marshall will be looking to keep their five-game home win streak alive.
After soaring to a 45-point win in their last game, Marshall came back down to earth on Wednesday. They fell just short of Gabrielino by a score of 38-35. Marshall has struggled against Gabrielino recently, as their match on Wednesday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Rosemead posted their biggest win since December 20, 2023 on Wednesday. They claimed a resounding 43-13 victory over Mountain View at home. The win was just what Rosemead needed coming off of a 45-22 loss in their prior matchup.
Marshall's loss dropped their record down to 13-7. As for Rosemead, their win bumped their record up to 10-11.
Marshall took their victory against Rosemead in their previous meeting back in December of 2023 by a conclusive 53-28. Will Marshall repeat their success, or does Rosemead have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
