Sperry's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Skiatook Bulldogs as they made off with an 11-5 win. The Pirates might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 games by six runs or more this season.

Sperry moved to 12-7 with that victory, which also ended their five-game losing streak. As for Skiatook, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-10 record this season.

Sperry didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 9-5 defeat against Dewey on the 13th. As for Skiatook, they have also already played their next game, an 8-0 loss against Charles Page on the 13th.
