The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Harry S. Truman in their matchups with the Fighting Owls: they've now lost seven in a row.
Several Tigers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Brianna Philemond, who scored eight points.
Harry S. Truman dropped their record down to 1-18 with that loss, which was their ninth straight at home. As for Bensalem, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-3.
Harry S. Truman will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Golden Hawks at 7:00 p.m. Council Rock South presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Tigers in Pennsylvania (the Golden Hawks are ranked 85th, while the Tigers are ranked 478th). As for Bensalem, they will head out on the road to face off against the Skins at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Neshaminy is coming into the game hot, having won their last four games.
