Central Gwinnett can bid farewell to their 20-game losing streak thanks to their game on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Heritage Patriots as they made off with a 17-3 victory. The Black Knights' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Central Gwinnett's win bumped their record up to 2-25. As for Heritage, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 13 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-16 record this season.

Central Gwinnett does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Heritage, they will welcome South Gwinnett at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Comets have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 13 runs per game on average), something the Patriots will no doubt try to take advantage of.
