The Northwest Whitfield Bruins will head out on the road to  face off against  the Dade County Wolverines  at 5:30  p.m.  on Thursday. The two teams each escaped (but just barely!) with wins against their previous opponents.

The Bruins skirted past the Tigers  2-1. The  win was some much needed relief for the Bruins as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.
 Meanwhile, Dade County hadn't done well against Gordon Lee recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way  on Tuesday. The Wolverines came out on top in a nail-biter against the Trojans, sneaking past  2-1. The game was the first time the Wolverines have beaten the Trojans on their field since September 27, 2021.
 Northwest Whitfield's victory bumped their record up to 8-19. As for Dade County, their win bumped their record up to 24-4.
