North Forsyth had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Forsyth Central Bulldogs with a sharp 14-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Raiders, who have now won 13 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

North Forsyth's victory bumped their record up to 18-6. As for Forsyth Central, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-17-1.

North Forsyth and Forsyth Central will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Raiders see the field they'll take on West Forsyth at 5:00 p.m. on the 30th. As for Forsyth Central, their break will end when they face West Hall at 6:00 p.m. on the 29th.
