Tulelake's loss came despite strong showings from McKenna Fine and Josefina Mojica. Fine scored 6 points, while Mojica scored 9 points. Mojica scored a full 36% of Tulelake's points, the second time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Tulelake has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season. As for Trinity, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2.
Tulelake will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Fall River at 4:00 p.m. on December 14th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in California (Fall River is ranked 602nd, while Tulelake is ranked 611th). Trinity won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Ferndale at 5:00 p.m. on December 8th.
