After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Punxsutawney, the Brookville Raiders were happy to have found some success on Tuesday. They really took it to Union for the full four quarters, racking up a 57-30 victory on the road. That 57-30 margin sets a new team best for Brookville this season.
Eden Wonderling continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 30 points and 14 steals. That makes it five consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Brookville's points. Kerstyn Davie was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
The win got Brookville back to even at 5-5. As for Union, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.
Brookville will be playing at home against Johnsonburg at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Hopefully Johnsonburg focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 last Friday. As for Union, they will face off against Harbor Creek at TBD on Thursday. Harbor Creek presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Union in Pennsylvania (Harbor Creek is ranked 122nd, while Union is ranked 693rd).
