Coastal HomeSchool is on  a ten-game streak of home losses (dating back to last season), St. Andrew a 12-game streak of away losses (dating back to last season), but someone's luck is about to change. The Coastal HomeSchool Hurricanes will take on the St. Andrew's Lions at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Given that  both teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this  contest.
 Last Saturday, it was a hard-fought  matchup, but Coastal HomeSchool had to settle for  a  9-8 loss against Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics.
  Eli Powell was cooking despite his team's loss,   scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 1-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of  J.W. Castongia, who  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in two of his five plate appearances.
 Meanwhile,  after soaring to 13  runs the game before, St. Andrew's was a bit more limited  in their  match  on Thursday. They wound up on the wrong side of a  rough 18-2 walloping at the hands of Pinewood Christian.
 Coastal HomeSchool's defeat dropped their record down to 0-14. As for St. Andrew's, their loss dropped their record down to 0-19.
 Coastal HomeSchool skirted past St. Andrew's  12-11 in their previous matchup  back in April of 2022. Does  Coastal HomeSchool have another victory up their sleeve, or will St. Andrew's turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
