 In other batting news,  JUAN VAZQUEZ JR was  excellent,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while going 1-for-3.  Jose Fernandez was another key contributor,  going 1-for-1 with a  triple, a  run,  and  an  RBI.
 Meanwhile, Woodlake waltzed into their matchup  on Friday with five straight wins... but they left with six. Everything went their way against the Grizzlies as they made off with  a  13-1 victory.
 Like Lindsay, Woodlake also got a great game from a two-way player:  Ismael Pena. He  pitched four innings while giving up just one earned run off   six  hits (he also didn't allow any  walks). Pena was even better at the plate,  scoring two  runs and  stealing three bases while  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances. He has been hot recently, having posted  at least one  stolen base the last three times he's  played.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Landon Gamez, who  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while going 3-for-5. The team also got some help courtesy of  Vincent Duran, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-3.
 Lindsay's win was  their fourth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 10-8. Those victories were due in large part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 14.5 runs per game. As for Woodlake, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won seven of their last eight games,  which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record  this season.
