The Roseland University Prep Knights will play host again and welcome the Credo Gryphon, where tip off is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Credo took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Roseland University Prep, who comes in off a win.
Roseland University Prep posted their biggest win yet this season on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 44-9 win over Technology at home. The win was just what Roseland University Prep needed coming off of a 50-14 loss in their prior matchup.
Credo suffered their biggest defeat since December 8, 2023 on Saturday. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 44-21 walloping at the hands of Marin Academy. While losing is never fun, Credo can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 1070th, while Marin Academy is ranked 436th).
Despite the defeat, Credo saw an underclassman step up: Reilly Fay scored ten points.
Roseland University Prep's win bumped their record up to 6-10. As for Credo, their loss dropped their record down to 7-12.
Roseland University Prep beat Credo 38-31 when the teams last played back in November of 2021. Will Roseland University Prep repeat their success, or does Credo have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
