Community School of Davidson has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three games by 23 points or more this season. They took their game at home on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 62-11 victory over Piedmont Community Charter. With Community School of Davidson ahead 39-1 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Among those leading the charge was Molly Feighery, who scored 11 points along with 7 steals and 5 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Scarlett Soares, who scored 7 points along with 3 steals.
Meanwhile, after soaring to 63 points the game before, Mountain Island Charter were a bit more limited in their match on Wednesday. They were beaten by East Rutherford 64-19. Mountain Island Charter was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 48-11.
Their wins bumped Community School of Davidson to 4-0 and Piedmont Community Charter to 1-4.
