Constitution is on a six-game streak of home losses, George Washington a three-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change. The Constitution Generals will take on the George Washington Eagles at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Monday, Constitution came up short against Parkway Center City and fell 46-34.
Meanwhile, George Washington also suffered a loss in their last game, but this one to Philadelphia Academy Charter by a score of 44-31. While losing is never fun, George Washington can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 584th, while Philadelphia Academy Charter is ranked 194th).
Despite their loss, George Washington saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Raphaelle-Anne Compere, who scored eight points, was perhaps the best of all.
