Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hoover). They claimed a resounding 60-27 win over the Washington Union Panthers. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Patriots have posted since December 7, 2023.

Kaleia Brown and Nevaeh Hanks certainly did their best on Monday to avoid the loss. Brown posted three points and 14 rebounds, while Hanks put up seven points and nine rebounds. Hanks is on a roll when it comes to boards, as she's now pulled down nine or more in the last three games she's played.

Hoover's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Washington Union, they dropped their record down to 3-10 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Hoover will be playing at home against Madera at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Hoover is facing Madera at the right time seeing as Madera is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Washington Union, they will venture away from home to face off against Liberty at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
