What's more, he gave up only zero earned runs, the fewest he's had since back in March of 2024. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 1-for-3. That run was his first of the season.

In other batting news, Cameron Park was incredible, going 2-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and one triple. That triple marked the first that he hit this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayden Ibarra, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

Beverly Hills was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .429. The last time their batting average was this high was back in March of 2024.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Hawthorne's offense. They lost 7-0 to Beverly Hills on Tuesday. The Cougars haven't had much luck with the Normans recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Beverly Hills' victory bumped their record up to 2-7-1. As for Hawthorne, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.

Beverly Hills took their win against Hawthorne when the teams last played on Tuesday by a conclusive 7-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Beverly Hills since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
