Wasco had won two straight games and Vivian Chavez did her part to make it three on Tuesday. The Wasco Tigers were the clear victor by a 41-19 margin over the Kennedy Thunderbirds thanks in part to Chavez, who went 6 of 14 on her way to 15 points and five rebounds. She has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times she's played.

Wasco is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 22.4 points per game. As for Kennedy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.
