The Credo Gryphon posted their biggest win yet this season on Friday. They claimed a resounding 40-5 victory over Technology on the road. With Credo ahead 24-2 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Credo's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Maya Leach, who scored 13 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Leach has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Hope Madden, who scored ten points.
The win makes it two in a row for Credo and bumps their season record up to 7-11. As for Technology, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-15.
Credo won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Marin Academy at 7:00 p.m. on January 20th. Marin Academy presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Credo in California (Marin Academy is ranked 436th, while Credo is ranked 1070th). As for Technology, they will head out on the road to square off against Victory Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
