That's the most stolen bases Gutierrez has posted since back in September of 2024. Another player making a difference was Barrett Key, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, four RBI, and one stolen base.
Denver North kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in 15 consecutive contests dating back to last season.

As for Denver East, they will square off against Mullen at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Mustangs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed nine runs per game on average), something the Angels will no doubt try to take advantage of.
