Aaron Gonzalez made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. That's the first time he hasn't allowed a single hit since back in April of 2024. He was also big at the plate, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-5.
In other batting news, Aramis Berrios was incredible, going 5-for-6 with six RBI, four runs, and three doubles. Tristan Ong was another key player, scoring four runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances.
Olympian always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .642. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Kearny only posted an OBP of .250.
