Analy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Destin Emmert, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds. Olivia Dukes was another key contributor, scoring six points along with seven rebounds and three blocks.
Windsor's win bumped their record up to 5-12. As for Analy, their loss dropped their record down to 9-9.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Windsor will challenge Elsie Allen at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Elsie Allen's defense has only allowed 26.9 points per game this season, so Windsor's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Analy, they will head out on the road to square off against Maria Carrillo at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Maria Carrillo presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Analy in California (Maria Carrillo is ranked 91st, while Analy is ranked 383rd).
