The Pasadena Bulldogs will venture away from home to take on the Glendale Nitros at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Pasadena has four straight victories, Glendale has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
On Wednesday, Pasadena was able to grind out a solid win over Glenn, taking the game 5-2.
Fabio Castillo made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in six consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with three RBI and one stolen base. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high.

Pasadena came out on top in a nail-biter against Glendale in their previous matchup on Tuesday, sneaking past 7-6. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bulldogs since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
