The East Nicolaus Spartans won the last time they faced the Paradise Bobcats, and things went their way on Tuesday too. East Nicolaus strolled past Paradise with points to spare, taking the game 52-36. The win made it back-to-back wins for East Nicolaus.
East Nicolaus was led to victory by Rylee Gillespie and Makinze Massey. Gillespie scored 12 points along with six assists and five rebounds, while Massey dropped a double-double on 20 points and 13 rebounds. Massey is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last four games she's played.
East Nicolaus pushed their record up to 15-9 with that win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.0 points per game. As for Paradise, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-15.
East Nicolaus will head out on the road to square off against Winters at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Winters will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something East Nicolaus surely won't give up without a fight. Paradise does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
