Trey Olsen, DL, Oakmont (Roseville), 6-4, 210, Jr.Olsen had 111 tackles this season and another six sacks. He was named the Capital Valley Defensive Player of the Year.
Jamell Bedford DL, Merced, 6-0, 273, Jr.The junior racked up 88 total tackles and 4.5 sacks for the 7-4 Merced Bears. Bedford was named first team
All-District.

Preston Dobbins, DL, Center (Antelope), 5-10, 210, Sr.The senior had 12.5 sacks for a defense that allowed just over 14 points per game.
Daniel Lyle, DL, Argonaut (Jackson), 6-5, 295, Jr.Lyle helped a defense that allowed just 10 points per game. He was named first team All-Area by the
Stockton Record and
Mother Lode League Lineman of the Year.
Trevor Coleman, LB, Atwater, 6-3, 200, Sr.The
Central California Conference Defensive Player of the Year had 121 tackles and three sacks on the season. He averaged 11 tackles per game.
Joshua Henry, LB, Franklin (Stockton), 5-10, 190, Sr.The Stockton Record
First Team All-Area linebacker had 121 tackles on the season. He was named San Joaquin Athletic Association's defensive player of the year.
Eteuati Levi, LB, Cosumnes Oaks (Elk Grove), 5-8, 210, Sr.Levi was named the Sierra Valley Defensive Player of the Year. He had 129 total tackles and three sacks.
Abnor Toma, LB, Grant (Sacramento), 6-0, 205, Sr.Toma was a tackling machine for the Pacers. He had 141 total tackles and was named to the
Sacramento Bee All-Metro team.
Darius Henton, LB, Brookside Christian (Stockton), 6-0, 225, Sr.Henton was named a first team
All-Area linebacker by the Stockton Record after a monster season. He had 150+ tackles, 12 rushing touchdowns, four sacks, and 10 passes defensed.
Herman Harris, DB, Downey (Modesto), 6-1, 180, Sr.Harris was the Defensive Player of the Year in the Modesto Metro Conference after intercepting five passes and in on 41 tackles. He returned two of those picks for scores and also had two more touchdowns on punt returns. He was also named first team
All District.
Marcus Green, DB, Franklin (Elk Grove), 6-0, 175, Sr.Green had five interceptions on the season and 56 total tackles for the 12-1 Wildcats. He was named to the
Sacramento Bee All-Metro team and Delta Valley Defensive Player of the Year.

Delvonte Moore, DB, Los Banos, 5-10, 180, Sr.Moore made plays all over the field. He had five interceptions, 32 total tackles, and nine touchdowns on the season. He was named the
Western Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year.
Aaron Knapp, DB, Granite Bay, 5-10, 170, Sr.A
verbal baseball commit to Cal, Knapp averaged five tackles per game and had seven
interceptions.
Trayvon Henderson, ATH, Grant (Sacramento), 6-3, 210, Sr.According to Joe Davidson of the Sacramento Bee, Henderson was dominant
in all facets of the game, including punting. He caught 673 yards of
passes for eight touchdowns, had 113 tackles from his safety spot and
had four interceptions.
He also earned Sacramento Bee All-Metro honors.
P-Vincent Chelini, River City (West Sacramento), 6-3, 170, Sr.The Sierra Valley All-League punter averaged 43.30 yards per punt for River City. He was also named to the
Sacramento Bee All-Metro team.
