Andre Lindsey, WR, Stagg (Stockton), 6-3, 175, Sr.Lindsey
finished his senior season with 1,031 yards receiving. He also caught
15 touchdown passes for a Stagg team that went 9-2.
Jalen Walker, WR, Christian Brothers (Sacramento), 6-2, 190, Sr.Walker caught 65 passes for 1,026 yards and seven
touchdowns. He was the
Capital Valley Offensive Player of the Year.
Javier Rodriguez, WR, Brookside Christian (Stockton), 6-2, 170, Jr.Rodriguez
was one of three wide outs in the section to average over 100 receiving yards per
game. He had 1,031 yards in 10 games played.

Tyler Meteer, TE, Del Oro (Loomis), 6-4, 190, Jr.The junior averaged 13.87 yards per catch for the Golden Eagles. He caught 47 passes for 652 yards and six touchdowns.
Parker Doyle, OL, Granite Bay, 6-1, 205, Sr.According to Joe Davidson of the Sacramento Bee, Coach
Ernie Cooper said Doyle is perhaps the best center in program history,
dating back to the start in 1996. He was critical in the Fly sweep
success.
Ty Malone, OL, Oakdale, 5-10, 175, Sr.Another
center who played a big part in his team's success was Ty Malone from
Oakdale. The wing-t team made it all the way to the state title game.
A.J. Samataua, OL, Del Campo (Fair Oaks), 6-3, 328, Sr.The San Jose State commit was named the
Capital Valley Offensive Lineman of the Year.
Josh Bongiovanni, OL, Tracy, 5-11, 298, Sr.The senior was the anchor of a line that protected a balanced offense. He was named
first team All-Area.
Spencer Stark, OL, Central Catholic (Modesto), 6-2, 305, Jr.The
star junior lineman was a key member of a line that opened holes for two 1,500 yard backs. Stark was named first team
All-District.
Wayne Brooks, QB, Stagg (Stockton), 5-11, 185, Jr.The junior passed for
2,920 yards and 36 touchdowns. He also did it on the ground rushing for 611 yards and 12 scores. He was named the
Tri-City Most Valuable Player.
Jason Samuels, QB, Oak Ridge (El Dorado Hills), 6-4, 185, Sr.The
senior quarterback averaged 185.4 yards passing per game this season
for the section runners-up. He completed 192 passes for 2,595 yards and
28 touchdowns.

Nathan Chunn, RB, Escalon, 6-0, 190, Sr.Chunn led the section with 2,240 yards on the ground. He averaged 160 yards per game and had 34 touchdowns. He was named the
San Joaquin County Player of the Year.
Ray Lomas IV, RB, Central Catholic (Modesto), 5-8, 180, Sr.Rushed
for 2,084 yards and 34 touchdowns for a school that won the D-IV section, the D-III NorCal Regional and
the D-IV CIF State Bowl game.
Anthony Cota, RB, Sierra (Manteca), 6-2, 209, Sr.The
Stockton Record Player of the Year ended up with 38 touchdowns rushing, which was first in the section. Cota finished his senior year with 1,966 total rushing yards.
Josiah Johnson, ATH, Sacramento, Sr.The
Metro League MVP was third in the section with 3,522 total yards passing. He threw 42 touchdowns. He also rushed for 700 yards and seven TDs.
Colin Brown, K, Granite Bay (Granite Bay)Brown connected on 10-of-13 field goals this season, including a 41 and 37-yard field goal in the state championship game.
