The Valhalla Norsemen won the last time they faced the Castle Park Trojans, and things went their way  on Monday too. Valhalla blew past Castle Park 48-24. With Valhalla ahead  28-6 at the half, the  game was all but over already.
 Valhalla's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Alonna Bush led the charge by  scoring 10 points along with 7  steals and 6  rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of  Alexandra Amaya, who  scored 8 points along with 11  rebounds and 3  steals.
 The  win  got Valhalla back to even at 1-1. As for Castle Park, they now  have a losing record at 1-2.
 Valhalla will take on Escondido at 5:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Castle Park, they will be playing at home against Bayfront Charter at 7:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Bayfront Charter presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Castle Park in California (Bayfront Charter is ranked 91st, while Castle Park is ranked 520th).
