Sacramento had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They put the hurt on the Calaveras Red Hawks with a sharp  50-26 victory on Tuesday. The Dragons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12  matches by 24  points or more this season.
It was another big night for  La Ne Dunn, who  dropped  a double-double with 16  points and 20  rebounds. She is  on a roll when it comes to  boards, as she's  now  pulled down eight or more in each of the last 21 games she's  played. Another player making a difference was  Chrisshaya Haygood, who  posted seven points along with 11  rebounds and four  steals.
 Sacramento  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 22  offensive boards. They  pulled down eight more  offensive rebounds than Calaveras' also-impressive total of 14.
 Several Red Hawks players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Morgan Clifton, who  put up six  points and three  steals. The dominant performance also gave  Clifton a new career-high in  boards (four).  Makenna Neelans was another key player,  putting up  no points and five  steals.
Sacramento has  been performing  well recently as they've  won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-9 record  this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 54.9 points over those games. This is the second loss in a row for Calaveras and  nudges their season record down to 17-11.
 Sacramento wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  game,  a  29-26  defeat against Marysville on the 20th. Calaveras does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
