There's no need to mince words: Red Wing lost to John Marshall last Friday, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 0-72. Red Wing were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-23.
Meanwhile, after soaring to 48 points the game before, Faribault faltered in their match last Friday. They were completely outmatched, falling 0-35 to Mayo. Faribault were down by 0-21 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the victory. Hopefully the teams can find a way to make up for their last outings by putting some points on the board this time.
