Those are some pretty fair names, past and present, in the world of basketball.
Jaylen Brown is very present and he's reminding many basketball fans of all of the above. Imagine if he turned out to be a combination of all of them.
2015 McDonald's All-American Game boys rosterWe'll all get to get a good glimpse at the 38th McDonald's All-American Game in Chicago.
Brown has led
Wheeler (Marietta, Ga.)to a 30-2 record and No. 4 spot in the
MaxPreps Xcellent 25 national rankings. Wheeler was invited to Dick's Sporting Goods High School National Tournament next month and a huge part of that is because of the wildly athletic 6-foot-7 senior forward, rated the No. 2 recruit in the country, according to
247Sports.
2015 McDonald's All-American Game girls rosterAmong his finalist are Georgia Tech, Michigan, North Carolina, Kentucky and Kansas.
Brown's prep career in Georgia couldn't have finished more poetically. He scored 22 points and made two free throws with 0.5 seconds left to lift Wheeler to a 59-58 win over Pebblebrook in the AAAAAA state finals.
