Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tse' Yi' Gai). They breezed by the Oak Grove Classical Academy Owls to the tune of 58-15 on Saturday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Tse' Yi' Gai's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Taylor Etcitty led the charge by going 5 for 12 en route to 13 points. Another player making a difference was Jaden Ramon, who posted eight points and 11 boards.

Tse' Yi' Gai smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in seven consecutive matches.

The win snapped Tse' Yi' Gai's losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 3-8 record. As for Oak Grove Classical Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-10 record this season.

Tse' Yi' Gai didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 52-50 defeat against Ramah on the 23rd. Oak Grove Classical Academy has also already played their next matchup, a 44-12 loss against Legacy Academy on the 20th.
