The Willits Wolverines's recent rough patch got a bit rougher  on Friday after their ninth straight loss. They fell  48-35 to Fort Bragg. The  loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Willits in their matchups with Fort Bragg: they've now lost six in a row.
 Willits lost  despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being   Cecily Potter, who  scored 14 points along with five  rebounds and three  steals. The team also got some help courtesy of  Hazel Cooke, who  scored six points along with 13  rebounds and two  blocks.
 Willits has  been struggling recently, as they've  lost 11 of their last 12 matches,  which put a noticeable dent in their 9-15 record this season. As for Fort Bragg,  the  victory  makes it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 11-12.
 Willits will stay at home for another  game and welcome Lower Lake at 7:00  p.m.  on January 30th. Fort Bragg's road trip will continue as they head out to face St. Helena at 1:00  p.m.  on January 30th. St. Helena has now lost ten straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 7.
