South Hills won the last time they faced Alta Loma and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Huskies won by a run and slipped past the Braves 3-2.

The team relied heavily on Wesley Manning, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April.

South Hills has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-7 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Alta Loma, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-19 record this season.
