There's no place like home for the Meyersdale Red Raiders, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road on Saturday. They blew past Shade 43-20. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Meyersdale also won the last time the pair played back in February.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Meyersdale to victory, but perhaps none more so than Maci Moore, who scored 10 points along with 9 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Laurel Daniels, who scored 7 points along with 5 steals.
Meyersdale now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Shade, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Meyersdale will head out on the road to face off against Turkeyfoot Valley Area at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Turkeyfoot Valley Area focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 18 on Tuesday. Shade will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on North Star at 6:00 p.m. on December 15th.
