Morse had won two straight road games and Khamyah Rockett did her part to make it three on Friday. The Tigers took down the Steele Canyon Cougars 44-27 thanks in part to Rockett, who posted 21 points. Her big performance that evening made it four games in a row in which she has scored at least 18 points.

Morse's record is now 7-3. As for Steele Canyon, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

Morse will take on El Camino in a holiday battle at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Steele Canyon, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 51-44 victory against Vincent Memorial on the 13th.
