 Even though they lost, La Quinta  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 12  offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least ten  offensive rebounds in four consecutive  matchups.
 La Quinta's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Tesoro, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.
 La Quinta will be defending their home-court for the first time this season they go up against Rancho Alamitos  at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Tesoro, their road trip will continue as they head out to face St. Joseph Academy at 5:30  p.m.  on Monday.
