They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 65-28 win over South Fork. Winning may never get old, but St. Bernard's sure is getting used to it with their tenth in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead St. Bernard's to victory, but perhaps none more so than Madelyn Shanahan, who scored 17 points. Another player making a difference was Laila Florvilus, who scored 15 points.
St. Bernard's win was their tenth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 19-2. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 23.7 points. As for South Fork, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-9.
St. Bernard's will be playing at home against McKinleyville at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for South Fork, they will head out on the road to face off against Ferndale at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Ferndale presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than South Fork in California (Ferndale is ranked 321st, while South Fork is ranked 932nd).
