Durango's game on Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 12-1 margin over the Delta Panthers. The Demons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by seven runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Avery Clair, who fired off two home runs, three runs, and four RBI while going 3-for-4. That's the most home runs she has posted since back in August. Another player making a difference was Marcela Jimenez, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI.

Durango was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .400. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Delta only posted a batting average of .200.

The win got Durango back to even at 10-10. As for Delta, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-7.

Durango will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Panthers: the pair will be back at it again later today.
