The Maxwell Panthers will head out on the road to  challenge  the Princeton Eagles at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Maxwell is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 9.2  runs per game this season.
 Maxwell can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent  match  on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Williams as Maxwell made off with  a  12-2 victory. The  win was just what Maxwell needed coming off of  a  14-5 loss in their prior  game.
  Vincent Orozco spent all five innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered two  runs (both of which were unearned)  on two hits and racked up eight Ks.
 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Tanner Vierra, who  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in all three of his plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of  Colt Montgomery, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-2.
 Meanwhile, Princeton was not able to break out of their rough patch  two weeks ago as the team picked up their third straight  defeat. They fell victim to a  tough 10-1 loss at the hands of Hamilton.
 Maxwell's victory bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Princeton, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6.
 Everything went Maxwell's way against Princeton in their previous matchup  back in March as Maxwell made off with  an  11-1 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Maxwell since the  team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
