That makes it two consecutive games in which Salinas has scored at least 25% of Freer's points. Another player making a difference was Jayda Washington, who scored 4 points along with 12 rebounds and 3 steals.
Freer's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Valley View, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-6.
