The Highland Scots's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their sixth straight loss. They were outmatched by Ridgeview at home and fell 67-20. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Highland in their matchups with Ridgeview: they've now lost eight in a row.
Kenadi Walton continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Ridgeview, dropping a double-double on 33 points and 14 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Walton has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Nevaeh Beserra, who scored ten points along with six steals.
Highland has not been sharp recently as the team's lost 13 of their last 14 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-20 record this season. As for Ridgeview, they now have a winning record of 13-12.
