Fort LeBoeuf is 0-3 against Cathedral Prep since January of 2023 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Fort LeBoeuf Bison will be staying on the road to face off against the Cathedral Prep Ramblers at 7:15 p.m. on February 8th. Fort LeBoeuf will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings (they are ranked 464th, while Cathedral Prep is ranked 12th).
Last Thursday, Fort LeBoeuf came up short against Erie and fell 37-26. Fort LeBoeuf has not had much luck with Erie recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
In what's become a running theme this season, Cathedral Prep gave their fans yet another huge victory on Monday. They blew past McDowell, posting a 54-27 victory at home. The win made it back-to-back wins for Cathedral Prep.
Fort LeBoeuf's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Cathedral Prep, they pushed their record up to 14-3 with that win, which was their sixth straight at home.
Fort LeBoeuf was dealt a bruising 75-22 defeat at the hands of Cathedral Prep in their previous meeting back in January. Can Fort LeBoeuf avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
