Community Charter has gone 8-1 against Valley Oaks CES recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Titans will head out on the road to challenge the Vanguards at 2:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Community Charter and five for Valley Oaks CES.

Community Charter lost 21-11 to Lakeview Charter on Monday.

Meanwhile, Valley Oaks CES might've scored the first runs last Friday, but it was Fulton who claimed the real prize. The Vanguards came up short against the Jaguars, falling 16-6.

Luis Guzman was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with four stolen bases and two runs. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged two or more in each of the last three games he's played. Miguel Hernandez was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Community Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Valley Oaks CES, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Community Charter suffered a grim 15-3 defeat to Valley Oaks CES in their previous meeting back in March. Can the Titans avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
