The Scotland Highlanders will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against the Corsica/Stickney Jaguars at 7:00 p.m. on February 2nd.
Last Tuesday, Scotland suffered a rough 58-35 defeat at the hands of the Flyers.
Meanwhile, Corsica/Stickney had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14 points), and they went ahead and made it seven on Monday. They blew past Bon Homme 59-32 at home. That 27 point margin sets a new team best for Corsica/Stickney this season.
Scotland's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Corsica/Stickney, their win bumped their record up to 8-4.
Scotland skirted past the Jaguars 39-37 when the teams last played back in February of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Scotland since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
