Crane Medical typically has all the answers at home, but on Thursday Hyde Park proved too difficult a challenge. They pulled ahead with a 53-52 photo finish over the Crane Medical Cougars. The Thunderbirds haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Crane Medical lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Brad Blackman, who posted four points in addition to 11 boards, six assists, and six blocks. That's the most assists he has posted since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Treveon Hoskins, who had 13 points.

Hyde Park's win bumped their record up to 12-14. As for Crane Medical, their loss dropped their record down to 19-7.

Hyde Park wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 65-64 victory against Lincoln Park on the 8th. Crane Medical does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
