The North Stars will head out on the road to face off against the Legacy Christian Academy Lions at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
North managed to slip by West the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Stars came up short against the Vikings on Thursday, falling 9-2. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last three times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

ALEJANDRO GALINDO

North saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was ALEJANDRO GALINDO, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base. GALINDO has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Legacy Christian Academy). They put the hurt on Alpaugh with a sharp 20-4 victory on Tuesday. Considering the Lions have won seven matchups by more than nine runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
Carter Burich was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Parker Kirstine was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI.
Legacy Christian Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .730. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Legacy Christian Academy's record now sits at 13-7-1. As for North, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 16 of their last 18 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-20 record this season.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Friday as neither team is afraid to steal. North has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 2.8 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Legacy Christian Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 6.4 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
North suffered a grim 15-5 defeat to Legacy Christian Academy when the teams last played back in March. Can the Stars avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
