Softball Recap: Bethany Has No Trouble Against Chisholm

Bethany got themselves on the board against Chisholm on Friday, but Chisholm never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 13-0 margin over the Longhorns. The Bronchos haven't had any issues with the Longhorns recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Emma Geissler was a standout: she went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Madison Bibbs was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.

The win got Bethany back to even at 1-1. As for Chisholm, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Coming up, Bethany will challenge Edmond Santa Fe at 12:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Chisholm, they are headed away from home for the first time to square off against Cache at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
